English: No: 2025/202 Docket 07.10.2025 Due to the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration (Registration on Behalf of the Treasury Due to Absence) case being heard in our court between the FINANCE TREASURY and THE LEGAL TRUSTEE HATAY DEFTARDARI; In the file numbered 2025/202 E; It is stated that the shares and income registered in the name of ŞÜKRÜ KIZI HAYRİYE, the owner of the immovable property numbered 38 parcel (new 4620 island 53 parcel) located in the Döver neighborhood, Defne district, Hatay province, have been managed by the legal trustee provincial treasurer for more than 10 years in accordance with the law numbered 3561 and the rightful owners have not been revealed, and on the grounds that the shareholders of the immovable properties have not been determined in accordance with the Turkish Civil Code numbered 4721. It was requested that the income obtained from the management of these shares in the immovable property in question be recorded as income in the Treasury by declaring the property missing in accordance with Article 588 of the Law No.

The shareholders of the immovable property in question, or those who have information about them, must submit information to the Hatay 6th Civil Court of First Instance, file number 2025/202, within 6 months from the date of the first announcement. Otherwise, it is hereby NOTIFIED FOR THE FIRST TIME , in accordance with Articles 32, 33, and 588 of the Turkish Civil Code, that the owner of the immovable property in question, ŞÜKRÜ KIZI HAYRİYE, will be declared DISAPPEARANT, and that the income obtained from the management of the shares of ŞÜKRÜ KIZI HAYRİYE, which are managed by the trustee in the immovable property in question, will be recorded as income in the Treasury .
