English: No: 2025/203 Docket 07.10.2025 Due to the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration (Registration on Behalf of the Treasury Due to Absence) case being heard in our court between the FINANCE TREASURY and THE LEGAL TRUSTEE HATAY DEFTARDARI; In the file numbered 2025/203 E; The shares and incomes registered in the name of AHMET OĞLU ALI BAKİYE VERESESİ, the owner of the immovable property numbered 11 parcels (fraction 1355, 1356, 1192, 1193 and 1194, subsequently Güneysöğüt 101 island 72, 73 and 74 parcels, 103 island 21 and 22 parcels) in Hatay province, Defne district, Meydancık Mah., numbered 3561, It was requested that the immovable properties be declared missing by the shareholders in accordance with Article 588 of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721 on the grounds that they have been managed by the legal trustee provincial treasurer for over 10 years and that the rightful owners have not been revealed, and that the income obtained from the management of these shares in the immovable property in question be recorded as income in the Treasury.

The shareholders of the immovable property in question, or those who have information about them, must submit information to the Hatay 6th Civil Court of First Instance, file number 2025/203, within 6 months from the date of the first announcement. Otherwise, it is hereby NOTIFIED FOR THE FIRST TIME, in accordance with Articles 32, 33 and 588 of the Turkish Civil Code, that the owner of the immovable property in question, AHMET OĞLU ALI BAKİYE VERESESİ, will be declared DISAPPEARANT, and the income obtained from the management of the shares of AHMET OĞLU ALI BAKİYE VERESESİ, which are managed by the trustee in the immovable property in question, will be recorded as income in the Treasury .
