Generation change: Board restructuring at Golding Capital Partners

Effective August 1, 2025, Daniel Boege will take over the role of Chief Investment Officer at Golding from Matthias Reicherter. Reicherter will leave the company at his own request in early 2026 after 15 years to pursue new professional challenges.
Boege has been with Golding since 2011 and was most recently Head of Buyout, responsible for the company's various buyout programs. He has over 25 years of experience in the private equity industry and previously worked at Permira and Vestar Capital Partners, among others.
Boege's successor is settledKatamreddy succeeds Boege in his position. She has been with Golding since 2022 and was previously responsible for the selection, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout funds and co-investments. Previously, she worked in the Alternatives team at Siemens , as well as at Peepul Capital and DB Zwirn. She has approximately 20 years of experience in the investment sector.
Reicherter has been with Golding since 2011 and has been CIO and a member of the Executive Committee since 2018. He previously headed the Infrastructure division and shaped the development and investment strategy with a focus on sustainability. Before joining Golding, he held senior
Positions at Barclays Private Equity and Depfa Bank.
