Coming from Swiss Life Capital Management Company: Real IS appoints Head of Fund Management

Klaus Speitmann is the new Head of Fund Management at Real IS. He reports directly to CEO Christine Bernhofer . Bernhofer herself headed fund management until Speitmann's arrival.

Before joining, Speitmann served as Head of Sales at Swiss Life Capital Management for over eight years. Previously, the business graduate and trained banker held roles including Head of Partner Sales at Commerz Real . There, his responsibilities included developing and implementing sales strategies for various real estate funds.

The Real IS Group has been Bayern LB's fund service provider specializing in real estate investments for over 30 years. The group has approximately €12.5 billion in assets under management and operates two licensed capital management companies (KVGs) under the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB), as well as offices in France, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Australia.
