Taylor Swift's company sent employees home after she got engaged

The engagement news of world-famous singer Taylor Swift and American football star Travis Kelce is the most important agenda item in the USA.
According to Nefes, the news resonated so widely that H&R Block, a Kansas City-based tax consulting firm, gave its employees the afternoon off.
Tiffany Monroe, the company's human resources manager, announced the leave in an email to employees on Tuesday, saying, "I know focusing will be a little difficult today."
Monroe said, "Let's be honest, checking social media and discussing potential wedding playlists is not enough to keep anyone focused. So let's do it this way: If anyone wants to go, end the day early. Celebrate love. Predict what the wedding dress will be like. Debate whether the wedding will be in Kansas City or a European castle. Back to work tomorrow when the internet calms down."
The couple announced their engagement on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing photos of Kelce's proposal and Swift's diamond ring, worth an estimated $1 million. Kelce's father, Ed Kelce, confirmed to News 5 in an interview that the proposal took place two weeks ago.
