Capacity utilization fell

The seasonally adjusted Capacity Utilization Rate (CUR-MA) across the manufacturing industry decreased by 0.5 points compared to the previous month, reaching 73.6 percent. According to the statement made by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), the responses given to the Economic Tendency Survey by 1832 workplaces operating in the manufacturing industry in August 2025 were aggregated and evaluated. The non-seasonally adjusted Capacity Utilization Rate (CUR) decreased by 0.7 points compared to the previous month, reaching 73.5 percent.
