Mega-Sena: no one wins and the prize accumulates to R$40 million; see the numbers

No one matched all six numbers in Mega-Sena draw 2899, held on Saturday night, the 9th, and the top prize has therefore accumulated to R$40 million. The next lottery draw will take place on Tuesday, the 12th.

The quina, with five correct numbers, resulted in 56 bets winning R$32,574.43 each. The quadra, with four correct numbers, resulted in 3,375 bets winning R$890.92 each.
Starting Saturday the 2nd, a change in the Mega-Sena prize pool went into effect nationwide. Winners will now receive more, while those who win the Quina and Quadra lottery will receive a lower percentage.
- Complete Sena (matching all six numbers in the draw): from 35 to 40% of the total prize value;
- Mega da Virada: from 62% to 90% of the total value;
- Quina (matching five of the six drawn numbers): from 19 to 13% of the total value; and
- Quadra (four of the six equal tens): from 19 to 15% of the value.
Mega-Sena generally has three weekly draws , on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays .
To win the Mega-Sena jackpot, you need to match all six numbers drawn. Prizes can also be won by matching four or five numbers.
A single Mega-Sena bet costs R$6 and can be made at lottery outlets, online or via the Loterias Caixa smartphone app.
