MEXICO CITY.— This Wednesday, the US currency began the day with a decline, being offered in international markets at 18.9742 pesos per dollar wholesale , according to the financial platform Investing .

At the start of trading in the foreign exchange market , the dollar registered a loss of 0.13%, corresponding to 0.0258 units.

The dollar closed Tuesday at 19.0 pesos per dollar and opened today at 18.995 pesos per dollar, representing an annual change of 2.64%.

This Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the price of the dollar in Mexico opened the retail day with a maximum selling price of 20.0803 pesos per dollar .

According to information from various banking institutions, at the opening, the US dollar is selling for up to 20.0803 pesos at Bank of America branches, while the maximum purchase price is 18.50 pesos at Inbursa bank counters.

Below is the list of retail prices, for purchase and sale, at bank branches:

At purchase, the lowest price is 17.80 pesos per dollar offered by Banorte bank, and the highest is 18.50 pesos per dollar offered by Inbursa bank.

For sale, the lowest price is 19.30 pesos per dollar offered at BBVA Bank branches and the highest is 20.0403 pesos per dollar offered by Bank of America.— (With information from: eldolar.info ).

For its part, the Bank of Mexico announced the exchange rate for debt payments denominated in US dollars, payable in Mexico, which it set at 18.9872 pesos per dollar.

Meanwhile, the 48-hour interbank rate was set at 19.0145.

According to The Economy Forecast Agency, yesterday, the dollar's exchange rate registered a variation of -0.18% compared to the previous day.

For Thursday, June 19, 2025, the agency sets a maximum purchase price of 18.802 pesos per dollar, while its sales forecast is up to 19.374 pesos per dollar.
