Predecessor announces retirement: Colliers promotes Felix von Saucken to Germany Board Member

Felix von Saucken will join the board of Colliers Germany. He succeeds Achim Degen, who will remain with the company, at least temporarily.

Felix von Saucken, current Managing Director and Head of Residential Real Estate Germany, will be appointed to the Board of Directors of Colliers Germany effective March 1. He will also become a partner at Colliers.
In his new position, von Saucken will report to Davoud Amel-Azizpour, CEO of the Emea region. The real estate company announced this in a press release.
25 years of industry experienceVon Saucken moved from Engel & Völckers to Colliers in 2018, where he was managing partner. Von Saucken has 25 years of industry experience, particularly in the areas of capital market transactions and residential real estate.
Achim Degen, former Germany board member, retiresVon Saucken succeeds Achim Degen, who, according to Colliers, will continue to serve as managing director. Degen has worked at Colliers for more than 30 years, 24 of them as managing director. In November 2023, he was promoted to the German board member. Together with von Saucken, he will build up the Professional Services division in the future.
Degen is also concentrating on developing the non-transactional business areas "until we have found the right management position for this too," says Degen. But he is "also happy to be available to Colliers beyond that."
