Primark's new £4.50 'cute' candle makes your house 'smell like a bakery'

Primark has released an affordable item that will transform the way your home smells. Shoppers are racing to find the £4 item before it sells out.

A shopper spotted the candle in their local Primark and shared it on the Homeware Finds UK Facebook page. The post showed the 240g jar that boasts an impressive 35-hour-long burn time.

Online, the item is described as being "delightful" in both scent and appearance. It adds: "Housed in a pink jar adorned with charming croissant and pretzel patterns, this candle burns for up to 35 hours, filling your room with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pastries.

"The secure lid helps preserve the fragrance when not in use, making it perfect for creating an inviting atmosphere in your kitchen or living space. Let this sweet scent bring the comfort of a French patisserie right to your home."

In the comment section, one said: "I need to smell this!" Another added: "This looks so cute!" A third wrote: "Need this in my life!"

Someone else commented: "In love with the jar, I'd keep it afterwards as it'll look so cute on a desk!" A fifth person posted: "I've got one already and it's so nice. Already had a few compliments on it."

If baked goods aren't your thing, the same candle comes in a Hot Cherry version. Primark has also released a bunch of other candles in its home section that add subtle hints of your personality to your home decor.

Last year, a viral £13 candle in TK Maxx shaped like a croissant offered a similar scent. However, it was difficult to get ahold of, and most claimed they'd struggle to style such a quirky piece in their homes - but that shouldn't be an issue with Primark's version.
