Nationwide update on £100 bonus payments going out to millions of customers

Nationwide Building Society has provided an update on an £100 payment going out to millions of customers.
The funds were due to be paid in the latest round of the Fairer Share Payment, with over four million members due to get the payment.
Payments were due to land in current accounts between June 18 and July 4. Nationwide was asked for an update on the scheme and if all funds had been paid.
A spokesperson said: "All payments have now been made." The group said if are unsure if you were eligible, you can check online.
There is a tool on the Nationwide website that you can use to find out if you qualified by providing some details about your situation.
To be eligible for the £100 payment, you need to have a qualifying current acount along with either a qualifying savings account or a qualifying mortgage.
You also needed to have had certain account activity between January and March this year, depending on the combination of accounts you have.
Payments were made into an open Nationwide current account, so you also needed to have this account open when payments were issued.
The current account where the funds were paid did not need to be an account that would qualify for the offer.
Nationwide customers may also want to check if they can get a £200 payment as there are just days left to claim the bonus funds.
You can get the cash when switching from a non-Nationwide provider to a new or existing current account with the group.
Current accounts that are eligible for the offer include FlexPlus, FlexDirect or FlexAccount accounts. The offer is available until Thursday, July 10.
You need to move over at least two direct debits as part of the switch and close your old account, and you need to complete the switch within 28 days.
Other rules include that within 31 days of opening the new account or applying to switch into the existing account, you need to deposit at least £1,000 and make at least one debit card payment.
