The rise in gold and silver continues unabated. A gram of gold is trading at 4,470 TL, while silver has reached 51 TL per gram. So, what's next for investors?
CURRENT SITUATION FOR GOLD INVESTORS
While a gram of gold is traded at 4,470 TL in the Grand Bazaar today, an ounce of gold is around $3,375 in international markets.
Memiş said he expects gold prices to enter an upward trend until November after the holiday ends, influenced by global uncertainties and central banks' interest rate policies.
Memiş stated that the price of gram gold will be monitored in the range of 4,400-4,500 TL, while the price of ounce gold will continue to fluctuate in the range of 3,300-3,500 dollars.
"Gold is the favorite investment tool of Turkish investors, preferred by both the government and citizens. Savings under the mattress are increasing, and Central Bank reserves are rising," said Memiş, highlighting the importance of gold as a traditional investment tool.
