DECISION SUMMARY:

The defendant Fatih KARABULUT is the victim of the crimes of Resistance, Threat and Injury, and the complainant is ASHIROVA HAMEED AHMET MOHAMMAD SALEM QAFISHEH HAMEED AHMED MUHAMMAD SALEM QAFISHEH With the decision of our court dated 31/10/2024 and numbered 2024/768; The defendant was sentenced to 12 months in prison for the crime of violating the immunity of the residence against the victim and it was decided that the probation specific to repeat offenders will be applied for the 2nd time, the defendant Fatih KARABULUT's defense attorney, Atty. Cihan AYDENİZ, appealed the decision and objected to the sentence with the petition dated 10/12/2024 in terms of the crime committed against the victim, and in order for the complainant to file a petition of appeal and respond to the petition of appeal,

IT IS DECLARED that the provision will be deemed to have been notified 2 weeks after the date of its announcement, and that the complainant may file an appeal with the relevant criminal chamber of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice , by submitting a petition to our court within 2 weeks from the date of the last announcement, or by making a declaration to the court clerk, recorded in the minutes, and subsequently certified by the judge. 18/07/2025
