BAGCILAR MUNICIPALITY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CONTROL DIRECTORATE
The procurement of 950 Lt Hot Dip Galvanized Containers to be used within the scope of Zero Waste Management will be tendered through open tender procedure in accordance with Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, and offers will only be received electronically via EKAP. 4. Terms and conditions to participate in the tender, requested documents, and criteria to be applied during the qualification assessment: 4.1. In order to participate in the tender, bidders must declare the following documents, qualification criteria, and information on non-price elements in their e-bids. 4.1.2. Information showing that they are authorized to submit an offer; 4.1.2.1. In legal entities; information on the officials under the management of the bidders and, if relevant, on the partners and partnership rates (excluding shares offered to the public)/members/founders shall be obtained by the administration from EKAP. 4.1.3. Offer letter, the form and content of which are specified in the Administrative Specifications. 4.1.4. Provisional guarantee information, the form and content of which are specified in the Administrative Specifications. 4.1.5 The procurement subject to the tender cannot be subcontracted in whole or in part. 4.1.6 If the document submitted by the legal entity to demonstrate the work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity, information regarding the document issued by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey or a certified public accountant or an independent accountant financial advisor or a notary after the first announcement date and showing that this condition has been maintained uninterruptedly for the last year from the date of issue,
