Meteorology warns of heavy rain and strong winds in many cities: Attention residents of these cities!

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); the northeastern parts of the country and the Eastern Mediterranean are expected to be partly to very cloudy; the eastern part of the Western Black Sea, the central Black Sea coast, the eastern Black Sea and northern parts of Eastern Anatolia, and the Hatay coast are expected to be subject to local showers and thunderstorms; and other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear.

Rainfall is expected to be heavy in places along the coasts of Artvin and Rize and in the east of Trabzon.

AIR TEMPERATURE: Air temperatures are expected to be around seasonal norms in the interior parts of the country and above seasonal norms in other places.

WIND: It is expected to blow generally from the north, becoming light, occasionally moderate, from the south and west in the southeastern parts of the country, and strong (40-60 km/h) in places in the south of Marmara, the Aegean, the Eastern Mediterranean and the west of Eastern Anatolia.
