He was murdered while leaving his house at night.

The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the Ziyapaşa neighborhood of the central Seyhan district. Eser Barış, who lived on the first floor of a seven-story apartment building, was attacked by an unidentified gunman as he approached the entrance door to exit his apartment. Barış, severely wounded by bullets that hit his chest, collapsed to the ground covered in blood. The attacker fled, but Barış's relatives, who heard the gunshot and went outside, reported the incident to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon examination by a medical team at the scene, Eser Barış was pronounced dead.

HIS LIFELESS BODY WAS TAKEN TO THE MORGUARD

Following a police investigation at the scene, Barış's body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy. Police are mobilizing to apprehend the murder suspect and are continuing their multifaceted investigation into the incident.
