I want this, I don't want that; this is my understanding, I don't know anything beyond that; stubborn, hard-nosed behavior and stubbornness both isolate people and disturb those around them. However, people who "smooth down" themselves to make their behavior more acceptable are more accepted by their surroundings.
One of the most important behaviors that needs to be tempered is anger. Anger, which poisons one's life and those around them, is a negative behavior that must be unconditionally controlled. Some feel the need to express their anger because their wishes aren't being met, others to fulfill their wishes, and still others feel the need to express their anger for no reason. Many of these people don't hesitate to display this "damned" behavior even though they know it will ultimately be harmful.
Anger doesn't just harm the person who uses it. It can also cause great harm to those around them. This harm can sometimes reach such proportions that even lives can be lost.
The solution begins within the family. Those who exhibit this type of behavior must exercise self-control and control their anger to avoid setting a bad example for their children. This can be achieved by "cutting down" this behavior.
Anger and stubbornness are bad. The cure is self-reflection. A diminished lifestyle shouldn't be seen as a change in character. On the contrary, we should see it as a discovery of truth. If we live in a more peaceful way, both our temperament and our disposition can change. Being open to change and evolving for the better are important virtues. Let's not deprive ourselves and those around us of this.
