Barrier measures before the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Council

Deputy Mayor Polat Bora Mersin chaired the first council meeting held after Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu resigned from the CHP and joined the AKP.

The meeting was postponed due to the clashes and tension that broke out at the entrance of the council hall and during the session before the session.

The area surrounding the municipal building was closed with barriers before the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Council's September meeting, which will be held at 18:00 today.
