An administrative court will be established in Gümüşhane

The decision to establish an administrative court in Gümüşhane, after receiving the positive opinions of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of Commerce, was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Accordingly, it was decided to establish an administrative court in Gümüşhane province and to determine the judicial district as the "territorial borders of Gümüşhane and Bayburt provinces".
