The Mediterranean Sea is endless, deep blue and crystal clear in front of Portakal Beach, with magnificent and lush green pine forests and the Taurus Mountains in the background of the beach. From time to time, Portakal Beach has a shallow sandy beach that reaches 60-70 meters into the sea. The bottom of the sea is sandy in most places. However, hardened sand rocks can also be encountered occasionally. The snack bars and cafeterias belonging to private businesses that sell snacks and beverages are available on Portakal Beach.
