It is noted that the program was developed with a focus on the corporate digital transformation strategy and taking into account trends in the labor market. In today's environment, specialists are required to possess more than just specialized competencies. To effectively address production challenges, employees also need knowledge and practical skills in information technology.
The pilot project successfully validated the proposed hypotheses, established digital competency models, and tested the assessment tools. The new approach will enable the creation of individual employee development trajectories, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the quality of management decisions.
"Technology is creating a demand for specialists with high-level industry expertise and basic digital competencies. Our task is to ensure the integration of unique human experience and digital tools. Today, it's not enough to simply introduce a robot or algorithm into production processes; it's important to create conditions that enable everyone to become a fully-fledged user of IT products," said Marina Aleksandrova, Director of Organizational Development and HR at Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye.
According to her, the program will help solve this problem. The project's goal is not to replace people, but to invest in training a new generation of specialists with all the necessary competencies. The synergy between people and technology will become the foundation for sustainable development and increased efficiency.
