São Paulo quartet reaches the quarterfinals of the Women's Brazil Cup

The four representatives of São Paulo football – the most successful in the country among women – who played this Wednesday (17) in the Women's Brazil Cup did well. The champion of the last edition, in 2016 as a partner of Audax, Corinthians was the first to guarantee a place in the quarterfinals. Throughout the day, Red Bull Bragantino, São Paulo and Palmeiras kept the Brabas company.
Three days after the 1-0 victory over Cruzeiro, broadcast live on TV Brasil , which secured the club its seventh Brazilian title, and sixth in a row, Timão hosted Juventude at Parque São Jorge in São Paulo and won 3-0. Of the starters in the final, only defender Erika played on Wednesday. Full-back Gi Fernandes, defensive midfielder Yaya, midfielder Letícia Monteiro, and forwards Ariel Godoy and Vic Albuquerque – who came on during the final – also started the duel against the Gaucho team.
