Moraes authorizes Bolsonaro to receive visits from family and Michelle on Father's Day

Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes allowed former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) to receive a visit from eight family members on Sunday, the 10th, Father's Day. Family members, however, will not be allowed to bring cell phones or film the meeting.
With the new permission, former First Lady Michelle Bolsonaro's father-in-law, mother-in-law, foster brother, and nephews were allowed to visit. The visit is scheduled to take place between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. next Sunday. The following family members were allowed:
– Vicente de Paulo Reinaldo, father-in-law;
– Maisa Torres Antunes, mother-in-law;
– Arthur Torres Dourado, nephew;
– Alice Torres Dourado, niece;
– Carlos Eduardo Antunes Torres, foster brother of the former first lady;
– Fernanda Antunes Figueira, wife of Flavio Bolsonaro;
– Martha Selier, partner of Carlos Bolsonaro;
– Julia Seillier Bolsonaro, granddaughter.
The former chief executive has been under house arrest since Monday the 4th for failing to comply with the precautionary measures imposed on him by the Supreme Court. Bolsonaro was banned from using social media, even through third parties, and a video of him was posted by Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) while he was addressing supporters by phone.
In a previous decision, the minister had already authorized Bolsonaro to receive his children, sisters-in-law, and grandchildren without the need for prior communication, as long as “previously established legal and judicial determinations” were observed.
The former president is also allowed to receive a group of four doctors without prior notice. Moraes determined that, in the event of hospitalization, "the court must be informed within 24 hours of its effective date, with due proof."
Allies of the politician, such as the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), the vice-governor of the Federal District, Celina Leão (PP), deputies Zucco (PL-RS), Junio Amaral (PL-MG) and Marcelo Moraes (PL-RS), also visited him.
However, Congressman Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO) was denied the right to meet with the former president. In his ruling, Moraes stated that Gayer is being investigated by the Supreme Federal Court in an inquiry related to the coup's criminal proceedings, and therefore, authorization would violate the precautionary measure.
