The Chimney Act does not limit employee-financed contributions
- Is it possible to "enroll" in the PPK a person whose payments to the PPK would result in exceeding the limits of the Chimney Act?
Yes. The employer is obliged to "enroll" in PPK all persons employed within the meaning of the PPK Act, unless they have previously submitted a declaration of resignation from making payments to PPK. As a reminder, employed persons should be understood as, among others, persons employed on the basis of an employment relationship and contractors subject to mandatory retirement and disability insurance on this account.
