Unemployment falls to 2.62%, a historic low

In the fourth quarter of 2024, in the country, the Unemployment Rate (UR) decreased 0.12 percentage points to 2.62 percent of the Economically Active Population (EAP) , its lowest figure since records began (2005), according to seasonally adjusted figures from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography ( Inegi ).
