Salvini wants to provide more bonuses: "Remove primary residences from the ISEE calculation."

Lega Nord Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini launches a proposal to increase the number of Italians eligible for bonuses: remove the primary residence from the ISEE calculation. He does so from Pinzolo (Trento) during the Lega Trentino's traditional summer meeting . "There's an issue we're working on with the Minister of Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti . Many bonuses don't reach middle-class families because of the ill-fated ISEE calculation method. So if your ISEE isn't low enough, you don't get bonuses for daycare, rent, or electricity bills. The only problem is that your ISEE is high if you own a home; you're considered rich and eliminated . It's madness."

So, the proposal: "The primary residence must be removed from the ISEE calculation. Otherwise, the bonuses will always go to the same people , while those who work and declare everything always end up missing out." Salvini then takes the opportunity to recall two other historic battles of his: "We need to raise the flat tax ceiling and index pension increases , which is certainly crucial these days, and not just for the minimum pensions."
