FIPE Confcommercio Gorizia presents the "Flavor Map" for Gorizia & Collio 2025/2026

The first edition of the “Mappa del Sapore – Wine&Food” dedicated to Gorizia and the Collio area, promoted by FIPE Confcommercio Gorizia and created in collaboration with PromoTurismoFVG and curated by Alessandro Tollon and Empori ADV, was presented today at the former Krainer hardware store on Via Rastello in Gorizia, in the PromoTurismoFVG spaces.

The project, launched in conjunction with GO! 2025 – European Capital of Culture, brings together over 60 businesses divided into eight categories : osterias, trattorias, restaurants, wine bars, bistros, agritourisms, food artisans, and wineries. The publication, available in both print and digital formats ( www.mappadelsapore.it/files/Gorizia-Collio.pdf ), offers itineraries and experiences that guide readers through the local food and wine scene.

" This first edition of the Map of Flavor in the area is a significant achievement ," said Roberto Gajer, president of FIPE Confcommercio Gorizia, " because it unites businesses, institutions, and communities in a single development project. Catering and hospitality are a fundamental part of our region's identity, and with this tool, we offer visitors a compass for experiencing Gorizia and the Collio region through flavor and authenticity ."

The presentation confirmed how the Map of Flavor represents not only a guide for tourists and citizens, but also a model of public-private collaboration aimed at strengthening the attractiveness of the area in view of GO! 2025 and beyond.

The meeting was attended by Gorizia City Councilor Patrizia Artico, Cormons City Councilor Fabio Russiani, Confcommercio Gorizia President Gianluca Madriz, PromoTurismo Director Jacopo Mestroni, the volume's editors, and representatives of the participating companies.
