Fabrizio Bianchi is the new Head of Italy at Schroders.


Schroders today announces the appointment of Fabrizio Bianchi as its new Head of Italy, effective October 1, 2025.
Fabrizio joined Schroders in 2016 and has since held senior positions within the team, playing a key role in developing the business in Italy. Previously, he worked at Generali Investments and Fidelity International and is widely recognized for his deep knowledge of the financial sector and his ability to understand client needs, both in Italy and internationally. In his new role, Fabrizio will lead the Italian commercial team, overseeing client relationships, and will report directly to Yves Desjardins, Head of Western Europe.

Luca Tenani, who served as Country Head of the Milan office for approximately 20 years, will step down from his role and leave Schroders at the end of September. During his tenure, Luca has made a significant contribution to the growth and development of Schroders' business in Italy.

Schroders' Italian office, which celebrates its thirtieth anniversary this year, has over 20 professionals and manages approximately €28 billion in assets (as of July 31, 2025), positioning the company among the leading international asset management operators in Italy.
