eToro with Women Care ETS for women's financial education

eToro , the trading and investment platform, has announced its collaboration with Women Care ETS , an association that promotes respect for gender equality in all areas of life, including finance .

“We note the persistence of a significant gap in the participation of men and women in the world of finance and investments,” said Massimo Citoni , Regional Manager Italy of eToro. “Unfortunately, this problem has deeper, cultural roots, also linked to a lack of awareness. With Women Care ETS we want to give our contribution to try to overcome these limits, because a deep financial culture and a more active involvement in the economic context are essential elements to promote emancipation and social equity.”

As part of the collaboration, free webinars will be organized focused on financial education and aimed at a female audience of all ages. The aim is to encourage greater economic and financial awareness, so as to broaden women's participation in economic life.
