US-EU customs agreement: what next?

The economic agreement between the European Union and the United States is unanimously opposed... in France. While François Bayrou speaks of a "dark day," accusing Europe of "resigning itself to submission," Éric Lombard considers the text incomplete and calls for improvements. On the left, LFI denounces a "capitulation." The RN speaks of a "political, economic, and moral fiasco." But France cannot block the agreement alone, as the negotiations are the responsibility of the EU.
