Ungersheim. A 100% organic mobile chicken coop at the Jardins du Trèfle Rouge

It's barely 10 a.m., and the 200 chickens at the Trèfle Rouge farm in Ungersheim are tickling with impatience. They know they'll soon be receiving a visit from Sylvie Richard, the market gardener responsible for the mobile chicken coop acquired by the town. And when Sylvie comes to see them, it's never empty-handed.

That morning, fresh, organic zucchini is on offer for these young ladies' morning snack. Flaunting their brown and white plumage, they sometimes play with their wings and beaks to avoid missing a crumb. "Every day, a new surprise awaits them, depending on the garden harvest," smiles Sylvie Richard, armed with her bucket.
