Finance: Overrun day for departments
"On June 18, 2025, a line has been crossed. As of today, the departments will assume sole responsibility, without compensation from the State, for the financing of major national social benefits, the active solidarity income (RSA), assistance for the elderly (APA), and the disability compensation benefit (PCH)," stated the Départements de France in a press release.
