Unicaja pre-grants 1,000 million euros in loans for advances on CAP aid

Unicaja announced this Wednesday the launch of a line of pre-approved loans of 1,000 million euros in CAP aid advance loans for 2025. The entity offers its clients the possibility of advancing the amount with loans under favorable conditions , in addition to personalized advice, management and processing of their application files.
According to Unicaja in a press release, the entity has doubled the number of clients who can benefit from this financing to advance their aid "through a quick concession". The advantage of this line of pre-granted loans aimed at clients who have domiciled their application file through the entity is "being able to quickly and easily access the amounts with which to cover the needs that are covered by the amount of aid requested".
This offer, the entity added, is extended with "pre-approved investment loans for modernization and improvement of agricultural holdings." These lines are offered to farmers and ranchers in Andalusia, Asturias, Cantabria, Castile and Leon, Castile-La Mancha and Extremadura.
DeadlinesInterested parties have until April 30 to submit applications, and until October 31 to contract the advance payment.
The campaign launched to mark the start of the period for submitting applications for CAP subsidies (olive groves, sheep, goats and cattle, herbaceous crops, protein crops, industrial crops, nuts, etc.) has been provided by Unicaja with "technical, human and financial resources, offering experience and trust, both of which are factors that are especially valued by customers."
Farmers and ranchers can contact Unicaja's offices in Andalusia, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura, where they will receive specialized advice and help from the entity's managers to complete their requests.
