Hiring in the financial sector. Allfunds has set its sights on Goldman Sachs and has hired Daniel Jesús Alonso as its new head of the United States . He will report to Gianluca Renzini, the group's commercial director, and will play a key role in driving the firm's growth in offshore markets, while strengthening its wealth management and product development initiatives.
Daniel Jesús Alonso joins Allfunds from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he played a key role in the expansion of the company's international business (US Offshore), serving as Head of International Wealth Management (IWM) Product Development. In this role, he led the strategy, development, and distribution of investment products for international clients. Previously, he was CEO of Morgan Stanley's Investment Solutions Organization, overseeing the International Product Specialists team.
With nearly two decades of experience in international and private wealth banking , he brings deep knowledge of capital markets, alternatives, traditional, and advisory investment solutions. Previously, he worked in capital markets, providing sales and operations coverage to international wealth, middle market, and private banking clients across structured investments, equities, and fixed income.
Daniel holds an MBA from Dowling College and a BA from Montclair State University, and holds the CFP and CIMA certifications. He has also passed the FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, and 66 exams, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of investment management and regulatory requirements.
