"Racist Lady" identified: woman who shouted "Indians, nacos, and social resentment" at traffic officers
MEXICO CITY (apro).- Videos are circulating on social media showing a woman inside a Mercedes-Benz assaulting agents from the Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) in the Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, as they were about to place an immobilizer on the vehicle's tires because it was parked improperly and had not paid the parking meter.
The woman, identified as Ximena Pichel, began insulting them after realizing the officers were about to use the restraint, as did her companions, who claimed to be minors. The case is circulating on social media under the name #LadyRacista.
"Don't insult me, you fucking black guy. I hate fucking black guys like you, you're idiots!" the woman yells at one of the officers. In another video, one of the minors is seen pushing an officer and preventing him from using a restraint.

According to journalist Carlos Jiménez (@c4jimenez), this is Ximena Pichel, an Argentine-Mexican woman who has worked as a hostess, model and supposed actress in Mexico City.
Despite the unfortunate and serious incident, as well as the multiple videos that captured the incident, there is no information about whether Ximena Pichel will face legal consequences. The SSC has not issued an official statement either.
