Tariffs and the tech industry: iTrump - Apple navigates the new presidency wisely

The deal: Apple wants to invest 500 billion dollars in the USA and create 20,000 jobs. President Donald Trump and Apple CEO Tim Cook are both getting the maximum out of it.
Apple wants to invest more than 500 billion dollars in the USA and of course Donald Trump is counting this investment as his personal success. And that's just how he should, as well as the 20,000 jobs that the tech company wants to create in the United States as a result. Modesty is notoriously not one of the US president's virtues. The reason for Apple's investment is "belief in what we do," Trump wrote on his online platform Truth Social. Now, belief is one term that can be used for this; another, and it is certainly not an insult to Trump to say that he would not mind using this term, is fear. Fear of what would have happened otherwise.
