New structure: These 6 managers will lead Deutsche Bank's wealth management regions

Daniel Dalter is responsible for the Northwest region. He assumed this position in February 2018, before a regional structure with North, East, South, and West was introduced in 2023. Previously, he was head of the Essen wealth management market area. Dalter brings almost 20 years of experience advising corporate and private clients.

Christian Blömer is responsible for the North region, having taken over the North and West regions as part of the restructuring in 2023. The 51-year-old has been with Deutsche Bank since 2016 and held various positions in Wealth Management. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Blömer gained experience at UBS, Commerzbank, and DZ Bank.
“I am delighted that we have been able to appoint five of these regional managers from within our own ranks and that we have been able to gain an experienced and well-connected leader in German wealth management in Nasim Amini,” says Raffael Gasser, Head of Wealth Management Germany.
The new regional structure is modeled on Deutsche Bank's SME support structure. The aim is to further strengthen cooperation with the corporate bank to provide even more comprehensive advice to entrepreneurial families—both with their private assets and their businesses.
