Not long ago , the United States was considered an economic miracle. After the pandemic, the country had achieved what Germany could only dream of. The economy was growing. The government attracted foreign companies, which invested billions of dollars in battery and semiconductor factories from Arizona to South Carolina. In doing so, they made the United States fit for the future. Investors were happy to come, pleased by a country with stable political conditions, sympathetic politicians, and millions of affluent customers. For investors, too, the US market was considered virtually the only option.
